We do not publish reviews we wrote ourselves, and there are no star ratings invented on this site. Real feedback lives on Google, where anyone can read it, it is tied to a real account, and we cannot quietly remove the ones we would rather nobody saw.
Who is Sytful Minds?
Sytful Minds builds AI systems, automation, and websites for service-based businesses in Southern California and remotely. The work usually starts with a business that is losing hours every week to manual follow-up, quoting, scheduling, or data entry, and ends with software that does that part instead.

What does a consultation cost?
Nothing. The first call is free and its purpose is to work out whether automation would actually save you time here. If the honest answer is no, we say so on that call.
What areas do you serve?
Southern California first, starting with North County San Diego, then Orange and Riverside Counties. Software work is also done remotely for clients outside that area.
Why are there no testimonials on this page?
Because we have not published any yet. Writing our own praise and presenting it as client feedback would be dishonest, so this page points to Google instead. When clients give us permission to publish what they said, their words will appear here word for word.
